Haze

Under the spell of pills
And bees, I lie
Underneath an ocean of sky.
Flower blooms in all its power.
Sun spreads like wild fire across
Continents and I feel the heat.
Parched and cracked on the ground.
Roots are formed and deepened.
Where no one can see and know.
Hazy memories, fossil formed
Touch my toes.
It is a new day.
