Main Character Energy for a 25yo

My gums have been bleeding.
I cannot understand when to take things personally.
Maybe my reactions and ways to deal with things are 89% wrong.
I have no idea where I am headed.
I take it a day at a time a little too much.
I either love you a lot. Or I don’t love you at all.
Maybe I am too idealistic and want to stick to innocence when the world is going for a toss.

I can’t believe in the good in people, yet I want to believe things will workout for the best.
Travel makes me nervous but the more I do it, the more it makes me want to do it more.

I know things take time. But I want to believe, a sudden rush of good things will sweep me away.
I can’t sit with others.
I can’t sit with myself.

Time. It feels like time is running out.
I don’t want to be a mop to others’ emotions for the rest of my life.

My friend says, I need main character energy.
So this is me.
Putting down my 1:27 AM Sunday night thoughts.
Knowing very well I will regret >8 hours of sleep
And my corporate existence tomorrow.

Also, can you please answer, are the above concerns valid for a 25yo?
At one point I thought I understood things
But now I feel, I know nothing.

But two near places are also the furthest away?
In a dry land, I have
A bed, a desk, and two half walls to myself
I learn and relearn
1) More theories, model, graphs
2) About living with people
Who are not my people
Can I go to the atrocious extent
Of calling someone mine, at all?
Glinting at spots of light
At classrooms and night sky
The manager and creator in me fight
I fight with people
And think of the time
I worked to be where I am-
Where am I?

Empty School

Hungry rooms in an empty school.
Sharp canines; water dripping
On slippery, sloppy floors.
Red windows, blue shadows
A silence clung to the door.
Heavy locks that protect no one,
But ghosts of empty laughter
Caught in an almost echo.
